Product Return and Exchanges

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by the agreement represented by these terms and conditions, you may not access the Site. DC Inc may modify the agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.


DC Inc., designs and manufactures all products according to the information supplied by the customer. DC Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.

All products purchased are custom manufactured to order and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of order placement.

DC Inc will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. SGS Inc quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify DC Inc of any problems with 48 hours.


All products designed and manufactured by DC Inc are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. DC Inc is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. The colors listed on the color chart have been color matched to the actual vinyl color. Be sure of the color before you order.
In the event that a product is accepted for exchange or return, a 30% restocking fee will apply.


DC Inc. is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. DC Inc will make every effort to reckify the situation where feasible.


Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. DC Inc is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.


When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, DC Inc will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
